Further Update On New Lurcher Association

same old, same old thats probably why the ALC ended up as a one man band for the last couple of decades, we need change not more of the same, the i am the club and you will join or we will not talk to you is petty old school club crap, take a step back, look at your dogs, think what the future hold and ffs all work as one to secure their future, if you can not contemplate change then perhaps its time to stand aside and let some new blood take hold of the stick and give it a go.

In a nutshell that's how I'm viewing this.

this followed a short discourse throughout which i was courteous and sought an end to the self-harm of an open battle between, what I hoped, were two groups set up with a similar purpose, the latter contains some personal information about my family hence i have not posted this but would be happy to do so with the personal stuff removed so there are no more accusations of secrecy.

What you mean by personal stuff? As in personal insults and the like? Not wanting any details but if this getting into the realms of personal gripes/dislikes etc then I'd not be comfortable joining either club tbh.

 

No no, family happenings lol, i apologised for not replying to their initial reply for a few hours due to family matters.

Yes ,Giro felt aggrieved at being left out of the original steering group may be rightly, I thought Rob(DEWCLAW69) and Giro resolved the problem apparently not. Rob thought the bad feeling would not help to move things on so he withdrew from the steering committee of LAGBI as to why and wherefore only Giro and Rob could answer fully if they were of a mind to.

What were the reasons for not having giro on the steering commitee, after all he started the ball rolling so to speak?

I have a pm dated 4th sept that includes giro in the initial group... I have no idea why it changed.
