feck me it seems like nearly everybody over 6ft lol, , but as been said people are deff getting bigger today. when I was a kid man average size was 5ft 10in , I was classed at 5 ft 11 1/2in tall, but now seems like my size -6ft is average , my son 5ft 10 in wife 5ft 8in , and I think you shrink as you get older, my father in law dropped 4 in died little old man 5ft 4in .

People must be getting bigger, i remember years ago my mum took me on the cutty sark boat in greenwich. The door frames were tiny youd of had to of bent down to fit through em. If were breeding taller its ashame we cabt selectively breed other traits lol.

LOL, do you have anything to support that statement? Or was it a joke? The average height is increasing, it's just not quite 6ft yet. I don't know many 'desert folk' myself but see plenty of folk of African or partial African heritage and they are generally tall.
