whats happen to the national working ferret thread, has anything come of it or did it die,

I personly think that a club that promotes the working ferret is a good thing

You need someone who has been there and done it all and knows it all...someone who loves telling other people where they're going wrong and educating them in the error of their ways..and maybe a little bit of condescending banter to put them off asking in the 1st place..

I think starting any club, You should show strength of character, You will always get those who disagree or crab at Your attempts, its human nature. it certainly would be a boring life if we all thought in the same way, holding a grudge is futile Vin, show some resolve and forge ahead with Your plans, You might be surprised at the responce, Its always difficult to dip ones toe in the water, but in doing so Your half way there.... and You wont know unless You try.

if i am right vin you was the person who thought about a national club which is a good idea, I didnt start this thread to make a mokiee of the idea i just wanted to know what has happen.

It was me who posted a thread on this subject.. But I did not want to be the person who represented the club or have any part in the running of it .. unless it was to maybe register myself as a member one day when I own a decent working ferret.

 

I still think some sort of register or club/association type organization could/would work... But the person/group running it would have to be someone who wants that title and responsibility... I definitely do not.
