How come all the newest lamps out a re led but most people slag them, are there people who have switched to them and are happy with led

I have a striker and a deben spotlight rechargeable.

striker has served its purpose for a good while but their wiring is shocking.

The sportlight is spot on for the money and am pleased with the beam and runtime you get

I have a lazerlite and never had any bother ever with it. I bought the plr500 to try it. The beam on the LED is good. The "colour" of the light is what takes some getting used to though eye shine is spot on.

The plr500 is if anything a bit more unwieldy than the lazerlte.

I'll keep and use both as i see fit

its yet to be seen how the plr500 will last over time. the lazerlite has proven itself over the years and all spares are available.

If you are thinking of getting one ,get the cluson plr500 same lamp but a lot cheaper,plus you get a car charger tio
