Get a gun instead, lurcher scene is just as much on its ass Revoked, it's a long story, to late anyway it's already on the yard and no it's not a bull x Edited November 16, 2015 by dillydog 3 Quote Link to post
neil cooney 10,416
The lurcher you brought over here a few years ago wasn't a bad one Dillydog. Have you got the same type again ? Quote Link to post
dillydog 8,477
No Neil, it's a collie x greyhound but without the bull in it. I honestly don't know the breeding of that old bitch but there isn't a week goes by that I don't think about her, she left a massive hole in my yard. 1 Quote Link to post
dillydog 8,477
Collie crosses for me Neil, I can't stand the bull x's , I don't doubt there's some top dogs out there and the fat lad who I came with has one you wouldn't believe but I'm just old fashioned :-) 2 Quote Link to post

dillydog 8,477
On a more serious note, everyone's got a different opinion of just what hard is, I for one won't have a terrier that gets itself into the hospital wing to much. I know they've got a job to do and the game is unforgiving but something that can't learn to sit back and work it's game instead of going balls out to kill it is of no use to me. howdeeposxxt 1,448
I wouldn't have anything other than hard dogs , for me i think hard dogs put way more work into it. All us terriermen are entitled to work what we think suits us. I am not saying my option is better than the next guy its just the terrier for me. 1 Quote Link to post

rob284 1,682
Im not too fussed on how a dog works as long as it stays put. But i do like a dog with a good voice, it lets you know whats happening under the sod. 3 Quote Link to post

Do you remember the lurcher pups Joe took back with him from me,DHXGH,think Joe's pup was a big rough fawn coloured dog,i kept back the only smooth coated pup in the litter,a blue brindle coloured dog, turned out a good dog.
