dogmad riley 1,347 Posted September 22, 2015 Report Share Posted September 22, 2015 Usually I slice lemon and place them on the trout sprinkle a bit of coriander and wrap in tin foil put in the oven on a low heat for about 20 mins or until cooked and juicy. jok 3,322 Posted September 22, 2015 Report Share Posted September 22, 2015 When ever we guddled trout on our farm stream, we would fillet out the back bone and clearly most of the ribs. Mother would then fry them in butter but with the trout covered in crushed barley and some herbs. 1/2 pound trout with some bread and butter was fantastic.
