Blackbriar 8,569
thing that winds me up over all this shit is most seem to be healthy young men who will fight anybody to get their own way as long as they reach here eventually, why the f**k arn`t they fighting to sort out their home country, why are they abandoning their families to come here if things are so bad over there, probably 90% are economic migrants who should be told to f**k off back home And I've spotted a good few who definitely AREN'T from Syria - definite look of East Africa about them ! My guess is that most of those trying to cross from Serbia and Croatia are Serbians and Croatians, maybe a good few Romanians mingled in. News reports have interviewed people from Pakistan (obviously an unreported civil war !) and Turkey (tourist season is a bit slow this year). Travellers have also been found to be from Bangladesh and Nigeria. During April, May and June of this year, the EU logged 213,000 arrivals - just 44,000 of them from Syria. The same figures (compiled by Eurostat, the EU's official statisticians), also show that asylum claims from Afghans rose four-fold from 6,300 to 27,000. 17,700 claims were made by Albanians ! So, why are w peddled the lie that we are helping refugees from war-torn Syria ? I salute the attempts made by Hungary and Croatia to maintain international borders. If migrants/immigrants/refugees want to enter Europe, there are proper procedures to do so. Makes you wonder why so many of them seem reluctant to volunteer their details.........
mackay 3,382
Makes you wonder why the governments and the left wing hand wringers want them here so badly.

Truther 1,579
Something big is going to happen lads Like what Mush? What's the reason they want them here so badly? When you think about it immigration causes a lot of grief for politicians, far more than its worth, they lie, defend the defenseless and generally bend over backwards for useless immigrants...........must be something in it for them?

Cheap labour for their big business friends? Further diluting and disunifying British people so they are easier to rule in the long run? I think there's a lot of truth in that mate, but i doubt its just that, i would imagine the immigrants are taking more money out of the system than they put in. For every engineer, doctor or whatever is useful, there must be a thousand driving a taxi or working in a kebab shop, and a thousand more sat on their arses, weigh in the extra drain on education, health and services and it don't seem to add up to me?
neems 2,406
But who benefits from the cheap labour? not us. And who loses out by paying all those benefits to the ones who wont work? Not the politicians, can you imagine them dropping their wages to help the take the burden? It's a win\lose situation.
