Been to the range to day with david and little hunter who by the way out shot us out to 55 yrds

hitting nail heads at that range every shot

 

using the daystates and im thinking of getting one

 

Fecking good rifles and as accurate as feck

 

May even sell the hw100 to fund one

It looks like you had a good day. I am looking at a Daystate and an ultimate sporter with my Nephew (who is almost as old as me BTW and makes me feel old when he calls me uncle Mike).

I think there is a good chance that we may come back with one of them.

I on the other hand I take a lot more time to choose but it's all good fun.

Them PCP's with the buddy bottle style look like Rocket launchers LOL.

Will you be looking for the paint stripper for that 100 stock before you sell it ?

I think you need one of every type of PCP so you can just pick them out of a rack then you won't have to keep changing. If I win the lotto I will sort that out for you.

Lol, Mitch knows but the main faults were ; low power, sticking bolt actions, leaks, clipping shrouds, rattles, badly made and sticking mags, stupidly loud actions, wild inconsistency from shot to shot. Apart from that, they were terrific.

I kept on falling for the looks until I eventually realised that there are so many better guns at much more reasonable prices.

I'm biting the bullet and having XTX Air fit their regulator in my Daystate Regal when I can afford the £200 for the job. My Regal is a cracking good rifle but, only when it's on 160 bar air pressure in the cylinder. It's underpowered and virtually useless at anything above this figure.
