Time is drifting , some positive steps forward are needed we are just going round in ever decreasing circles . Dewclaw has the list of Area Reps been compiled if so it should be put up so lads know who their point of contact is in their area, also it will show which areas still require a rep. Lads can then raise their concerns and put forward any ideas suggestions they have to their area representative,, also once we have an inclination as to numerical strength we can then look into arranging a gathering to really get the wheels turning.The season is approaching lads will get busier as time passes .

Financials are gonna be a pain, first we need charitable or non profit status. An established accountant from one of the big 5 to go through accounts once a year (not cheap) for full open visibility.

 

Openess and clarity will be a major asset in the public domain.

Data protection is another huge must. Protection of our members must be paramount and second only to promoting lurcherwork in a good light.
