Tikka T3 0 Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 hello i have a tikka t3 in .222 .i tried the 50 grain federal soft point ok 100 yds, but over that and started to drift .i now use the norma 40 grain in the gun and its out standing and flat to 200 yds give em a go you wont look back hope this helps t3 Quote Link to post

rob reynolds uk 3 Posted November 18, 2007 Report Share Posted November 18, 2007 if your shooting close up stuff 100-150 yrds you can use a lighter round but 200-300 yrds you need to go that bit heavier as you will find a lighter bullit will drift and lose speed over distance Quote Link to post
