Here you go lads where you place your finger is just off center of the middle you will feel an indentation you then push your finger in you will feel the skin pop then just hook your finger and pull back some times you get it the first time but if not just pull back the fir then repeat it once you have done this get hold of the head and flick the rabbit the internals will fall out

you will still have to pull the heart and lungs out but once you have mastered this technique its effective and fast
