Thanks Dave, do you use it chid, how do you know its a spring an not a field run off lol, in trying to find one in my area
No I'm piped into mains lol .. Its a well and It was used by my landlords family when he was a child Edited by chid21

I know of a miracle well where, they say, if you get into it and sit in it for a few minutes you'll be cured of whatever ails you.

They say years ago a fellow in a wheel chair was wheeled through it and when he came out the other side no one could believe their eyes.

Someone tried to put me in the tomb thing at coeys wells scared the shit out of me.

 

Not been back and it's not far down the road :laugh:

 

Edit to say - Francie, coeys is supposed to be haunted by the way so that might double your interest :D lol it's creepy as shit.

There's individual ones, honestly I wouldn't touch the water but that's from the knowledge that little ******** used to go up and dirty the water kick the fallen leaves in and I'm sure the odd horrid person probably pee'd in it too. Probably cause it's a religious place.

 

But honestly this was years ago so i bet it's fine now.

 

It's very peaceful up there nice and quiet, worth a dander round :)

theres one the top of the mountain loney,facing top of whiterock rd,theres a famous1 outside dundalk on the oul dublin rd you wont miss it evert time were going hunting their cued up with 5 gallon drums watever the attraction is,
