Crackers 807 Posted August 20, 2015 Report Share Posted August 20, 2015 The hunting with dogs Act is not a recordable offence apparently but trespass in search of game is and because its a criminal offence they say you use the vehicle and your licence in the commission of a crime . so they have been known to suspend driving licences of all in the vehicle not only the driver. They also confiscate the car. A few lads have appealed these bans and the confiscation of the cars and have been succesful in their appealsI has a court summons for "hunting with dogs under the 2005 act". I could find the paperwork for the full wording but it definitely wasn't trespass in pursuit.thats why we walked with it...??? they would got conviction if charged with trespass 1 Quote Link to post
