Sent vislauk (Sean) a pm saying i was going to the farm again to re-zero the 100 with jsb,s 15,89 as mine dose not like the AA diablo field

 

A time was set for 7,30 i got to his for 7 ish a little early i no but thats what im like lol

 

Once at the farm we set about placing the targets from 25 to 40 yards we had a bit of a plinking cession and Sean try,d super dome that his gun hates by the way so there out lol

 

Mine was back to the jsb,s and im happy with them for now any way

 

we then had a walk round the field but nothing out so we jumped into the tank and had a drive round the long walk

 

we ended up with three two good ones and one little one

 

so a good night by far and

 

3 more for the 100 club

Can't fault either of the others you mentioned Viz. Had an Air Arms S410 carbine and that was a cracking gun. Very accurate plus I've had a rapid mk2 custom and that too was spot on. I used to reach for the HW before any other rifle

Having said that I've just sole it as I can't see it being used much once the Colibri arrives.

Only got the little cal an until it gets here but that's like a laser gun.

yes its deadly accurate and silent and the cocking system is second to none

 

But

 

there is some thing about it i dont like and i cant put my finger on it yet ?

Hi Mac remember the other week when i took the new AA tx 200 out and had a nice session on the cradle decoys, then the farm yard 4 wood pigeons and now the Magpie ?

Remember the HW 100 tales ?

If you get a "good session or two " under your belt mate it will stay with you a long, long time - they call it "confidence".

 

Stick with your 100`s Mac,Vis, there`s nothing better out there. (except in .177 Mac )

When I had a full length HW100 , it was great but and that's a big but just found it not right for some reason could not put my finger on it either , so sold it and got HW100kt ,WOW what a difference and you know the rest from the post I have made
