Always enjoyed a dozen or so of these with a pint of the dark stuff down at Whitstable , i bet you've been to the oyster sheds down there GL ?

love oysters mate but never been over you way way for em , Maldon only up the road mersea or orford in Suffolk great stuff they are can swallow a bucket full lol

I mainly done me own versions of potugese cataplana I allways bring the spices piri piri and chillies back from Portugal for years its the the drinking while your cooking I like lol guess I watched t

Even raw that looks good enough to eat, the samphire at the bottom adds a nice bit of colour while being subtle.(a bit poncy I know)

 

The smell of fresh fish is undoubtedly one of the nicest smells in the world.
