Lamper121 239
I had these symptoms and went to the doctor and found I was pre-diabetic which basically means you have high risk of developing full diabetes unless you make some lifestyle changes such as losing some weight, exercising more and eating less carbohydrates. I have since brought my blood sugar back to normal levels. Get checked ASAP because if you catch it quick you can slow down or even reverse the road to full diabetes

jukel123 8,980
Your mind is looking for a fix. Smoking and bevvying have gone so it's tricking you into telling you need food. Change the 'fix' to something which isn't fattening. I drink tea every couple of hours. You piss all day and night but you don't get fat.
