Yes exactly! It isn't uncommon for any breed in any part of the world to be mistreated.

But here you all are talking about bait dogs and calling and turning against eachother over a picture that ANYONE could have taken or staged.

It was probably the animal rights nutters who put the dog in this state to continue to give hunters a horrible image over there. And here you all are feeding and buying into that gimmick.

There is actually someone in that part of the country that's well known for setting people up but I don't think Mr P would have left it at an animal welfare center.

He would have planted it someones kennels.

Whoever did leave that poor dog in that condition should be put away IMO but I've a funny feeling they wont. It's probably not worth while following up such cases as it's not going to get enough publicity.

The poor unfortunate creatures head is up and where there's life, there's hope and hopefully it will find a proper owner.

The RSPCA are a gang of feckless five fingered tuggers,ive little but contempt for them and their true ambition,yet believe even they feed their kennel mates.Its a good probability this unfortunate mutt is the result of its pet and not working home,ill guarantee either way that the owner never went hungry.
