Some good feed would sort its coat out and obviously improve its weight condition ,but when the dogs recovered what then,as most these charities won't rehome to working homes.

Tbh,I can't see the pic very well,but I thought most of it was hair loss and sores from lieing on hard ground with no bedding an no flesh on the dog?
