DogFox123 1,379
1100 calories a time twice a day if youcant out weight on with them the something wrong lol I can put weight on and lose it no problem, gaining muscle whilst keeping fat to a minimum is the hard part for all folk wanting to bulk up naturally. DanRaistrick 53
I've been trying to put weight on for well over a year now, trying really hard to consume around 3200 calories a day. I've got a pretty balanced diet and eat plenty of protein and complex carbs. My weight is constantly up and down fluctuating +/- 4lbs either way and no matter what I just cant break the 10st barrier.. any suggestions?
