Neal 1,866
My last lurcher loved rolling in human excrement whenever he found any when travellers moved onto a nearby field and my first kelpie loved to roll in rotting fish. I seem to remember my first lurcher liked rolling in sheep carcases too. Weird! Like somebody said; I was always told it went back to some inner need to disguise their scent but surely if a wolf rolled in dead fish the bison would soon know they were coming. where the f**k do live with human shit and sheep carcasses lying about lol Different ends of the country. The dead sheep was my first lurcher so that would be early 90s in Cumbria; you'd occasionally find them at the bottom of the fell where they'd missed their footing...even herdies can do it sometimes. The human excrement was around fifteen years ago when a couple of groups of travellers camped up in different locations in Portsmouth...we altered the route of our daily walk after that.
