villaman 9,983
Been up to the fields where the rape seed has just been cut , with the trusty HW100 k with the CS 500 stock fitted . I have also changed pellet from JSB heavies to AA Express and I can tell you these pellets are fantastic in my gun and many HW owners are using these pellets in the HW100 and 97k , in fact most of the HW range ,both in .177 7.9gr and .22 14.3gr ,so lads if you haven't tried them you should give them a go Shot these from 30 yards to 65 yards in a bit of a breeze 6 Quote Link to post
Bunnyblatter 1,012
Nice shooting VM. I haven't tried any other pellets in mine yet as it shoots the crosman premiers that came with it so well I don't need to try anything else 1 Quote Link to post

chrismdd 787
Excellent bag there. Did you decoy the woodies or take them from trees? Used fud decoys Those fuds are excellent, they are what we had all our successes on last year. The pigeons seem to land okay within them giving enough time to aim and fire. Have got a load of full bodied decoys now gathering dust in the garage so may well be taking them to the tip and just keeping a couple for lofting. The only slight alteration I've done to my fuds is improve the white neck patch to make it a bit more prominent. Also looking at making some of them swing about in the breeze, a few mods on youtube for some ideas for this. Still waiting for more crops to be cut up here in Somerset to really get started on the pigeons, it is the most exciting part of airgun shooting and requires a lot of skill. Quote Link to post
Rimfireboy! 1,463
Good shooting fella, I'd like to see the hw with the cs500 fitted as I'm thinking about ordering one myself. Any chance of a pic or two? Quote Link to post
