Push a sharp stick through he's arse and out he's mouth then burn of as many of the prickles as you can before skinning . Then when you do skin him you do it from the back not the stomach,Then carry on cooking him . Also again so I've been told you get hedgehogs that taste like pork or lamb or beef apparently they taste like whatever animal that is farmed on the land that is caught ?. Also you only eat them when they're hibernating because here's more on them whereas this time of year there's nowt on them .
