Malt 379
We got a cat here. Wife likes them, I told her I'll tolerate one at a time as long as its an intact Tom because they tend to keep other cats away. Personally I'm not bothered if it went out one day and never came back, BUT it would really upset my wife and kids and that would bother me a lot..

I don't care for them either but my Mum loves her cats. She stays alone and now she can't have dogs( not well enough to walk them so refuses to have them) she decided to have cats. Basically companionship for her. If I thought someone went out there way to harm any of them I doubt I'd be very chuffed.
neems 2,406
If they are REALLY a problem in your garden, trap them and take them to the cat rescue centre. Simple, they will then contact the owner and hand it back to them, and you repeat the process until the owner takes control of their pet. I agree there is no need to poison any pet. Recently there was a spate of dogs being poisoned/killed, rumour had it that some vigilante was fed up of dogs shitting in the local park. Do people who agree with poisoning cats think this is also acceptable? I agree and If you know a truck driver make sure that rescue centre's in the highlands.
