ryaldinhio 4,777
Wanting to get back into ferreting after having to give up my pair a couple years ago due to working away. I have myself a pair of hob kits kindly gifted by lurcher lad off here which are growing on now. I am soon to get myself a Jill from a different litter. I plan to build a ferret court and want to keep them all together over winter and seperate them whilst she is in season. Is this feasible? I am concerned that the two hobs will either pull her to bits, or pull each other to bits over her. I previously had a hob and jill from seperate litters together but they were together from day one where as these two hobs I have had for a couple month or so. I can keep them seperate and give them seperate time in the court but I would rather they could all just be in there together all day every day really to build up there fitness/stamina and so I can work them together if needed. Any advice appreciated lads. Quote Link to post
Bail82 1
To be honest I can't see it being a problem over the winter. It's when they come into season the trouble starts. Quote Link to post
