But if he was english people be like .....ye he got tested on his back is right 3 or 4 times . But had the toughness and ability to check out and back to his feet and dominate and evan laugh. And you can't be ranked 2 in the world and come from your sofa to fight. Mendes like any other fighter across the world trains every other day to maintain them selves . Two weeks to be ready yes I know that no were enough time .mcgregor having bin in camp training to fight yes would have had the advantage but remember he spent his time preparing himself for aldo who is a fighter not a wrestler/grapple so for connor to have too change his game plan at two weeks notice the camp that you trained for goes out window along with the chair your sitting on .any one who watched it seen connor got tested and held on and done what he said .give the man credit when it's due ffs .....

McGregor won against a top class opponent and I'm a pleased as I enjoy watching him ..although it was plain to see Mendez was gassing towards the end fact !

Anyone see the knock out in the rest fight I though the boy looked fine for towards end of first round one knee in opening seconds finished other fighter English lad a Londoner devastating first time I watched it properly enjoyed a couple of fights then bed called will watch the main two tonite

Because he acts like a prick maybe? he sells fights with it fair play but I don't like all that mouthing of! I like plenty of Irish people lab and spend most of my time with Irish boys in work but none of them act like him or I'd avoid talking to them

Great main fights! McGregor looking awesome, really looking forward to seeing him against Aldo, two good stand up fighters so it should be pleasing on the eye.

 

Edge of the seat stuff for Lawler and MaccyD, best man won, cant believe how well lawler has been lately, i remember him years ago and he is just growing and growing. Interesting to see if he gets a rematch (highly likely now) or Hendricks will be back in the frame.
