Training A Mature Jill To Work?

Recommended Posts

Iv a rescue here that never saw a bit of raw meat before i got her. Dont know her background. Was nearly a week before she started eating meat. Would eat dog kibbles no bother. She done a bit of work last season and i will admit shes not my best worker but she does earn her keep. Dont think its too late to train her if shes off good working stock. Youll never know till you try her.

I'd leave her where she is, it is hard enough to get a great working ferret, be taking a big chance taking her, someone on here will put you onto someone thats breeding great worker to g worker ,if you get kits don't start them till there 6 or 7 months, this site will get you sorted with young ferrets, never buy any old ferrets.
