Brilliant iww. I've never bolted a stoat, I've had the whippets flush a couple but never caught one unfortunately. If I ever did if be getting it stuffed.

 

Last season I saw a stoat chase a pheasant out of a wood and up the side of a field. My mate who had his camera just stood there open mouthed!

I have seen a family of Stoats, a couple of days back, 3 crossing the road I walk the dogs down, they were in great condition, and the other week for the first time in my life I saw a Family of Mink crossing the footpath along the river bank I walk with the dogs, Again they were in immaculate condition they were the size of a good ferret, 4 in number, there black coats and the small white blaze under the throat, were shining,thats the time you wish you were carrying a good camera with you,
