iworkwhippets 12,690
Out as usual this afternoon on some of my permission, ive had some great times here over the years, the hedgerows that surround the many acres i walk , are heaving with bunnies, farmer come belting over on his quad and pulled me, very nice about it, but told me, im no longer allowed on the land, reason being, droves of lads with their dogs are taking advantage of his land without asking, and doing damage, its not just the work for my dog im bothered about, ive plenty to keep us happy, we wont go short of bunnies, its the walk i will miss, absolute stunning scenery, woodlands hedgerows, a nice big lake, for nell to swim 1 Quote Link to post

bird 9,970
this one thing ive never never understood , ok the famers having people on his ground that shouldn't be there , but that fook all to do with you mate is it , as long as you go on and tell him you be knocking about there, whats the prob ,? I ve had it said to over the years its bullshit mate . he just being spiteful no other word for it , I might be wrong but didn't think you lamp it either ,? . the only prob with this it can have a knock affect , as it soon gets round one farmer says no a few other will say the same thing in time . hang in there, if you loose any more ground , feck'em jump over the fence , your only here for short while , enjoy it while you can life goes very quick , more thing to worry about than spiteful feckin farmers , I always carry stick and have good pair of boots on to stand or run 4 Quote Link to post
