jacknife 2,005
I like the Brattonsound cabinets If I were you I would probably opt for 2 smaller ones.....one for the rifles and the other for the shotguns I've got the RL7 supposed to be for 7 scoped rifles but 4 is a comfortable fit I've just been looking at buying one of those (due to the feo deciding my current set up isn't good enough after 20 years !!! ) how tight a fit is it? At the moment I've got 2 shotguns, an hmr, .22lr, an airgun and I'm looking in to a foxing/deer rifle. The local ag dealer reckoned I'd be fine with the rl7 but you're giving me reservation's about it now You will get more than 4 scoped rifles in but I like a gap between each rifle so the scopes aren't knocking each other The gaps I leave between rifle I could get a shotgun into the gap but then everything would be tight and touching Quote Link to post

Space for a large cabinet isn't a luxury I can afford at the moment so if it will fit in the guns I need it to it'll do me even if it is a bit tight Quote Link to post
Alsone 789
You could always put your guns in gunsocks before putting them away. Should reduce the chance of picking up scratches and damage from catching each other. Quote Link to post
jok 3,343
If you are saying that you you have a 7 gun cabinet then no problem. It does what it says. I reckon I could have another shotgun in there without a problem. Quote Link to post
