Kieren24 4
I have a silver hob that's 9 weeks old and I f***ing dropped it on the patio. I'm absolutely gutted, slipped out of my hands as I was holding two. It's had a seizure I held it in my hands and it came round. Slowly but surely it seems to be improving. Eaten twice and seems a lot better made sure it's had water too. Still a little clumsy on its feet. I'm taking it up the vets tomorrow for a check up. Have I done the right thing? Is there any advice anyone has. I feel awful for the poor little thing. Quote Link to post
Fly The Boy 339
If the grubs going in and coming out, gets through the night he will be grand, I think and hope you will be lucky, they are hardy little animals. 1 Quote Link to post
rabbit demon 302
Taking a fit is fairly common in even non serius head injurys. Like a delayed knockout. If its eating and drinking so far so good. If it makes it over 24 hrs it should be sound but the unsteadiness on its feet could last a few days. Doubt the vet will be able to do anything for a head injury but im not saying dont take it either. All you can do is keep an eye on it for now. Flys right they are very tough wee animals.
