Can Anyone Identify This Figurine ?

Recommended Posts

I picked this up for a couple of quid today and I've done the usual searches, but can't find anything......

It's got no marks (that I can find) - just stamped "made in England" on the underside. About 9 inches long and the same high.

Anyone shed any light ?

Thought it was a lurcher lol

Looks nothing like Beswick, there is no detail in the figurine at all, look at the feet really RAF, it is what it is. Nothing valuable, if you like it then enjoy it.   TC

No visible marks, which is probably why I drew a blank.   We only bought it because we liked it. It looks nice in the living room and only paid a couple of quid, so happy days !

It has an impress mark I M or N if I was inclined, a search of the potteries web site might give the answer.

I see it now - well spotted TC ! It could be an M.....could be.

The "made in England" gives it away as 20th century, but I reckons that's as much as I'll find out. The general look of it is 50's/'60s maybe. Just curious, really.
