Lloyd90 509
I've heard pork is very rich meat as well and can give dogs the runs! I don't find dry food all that great though tbh can't wait to be set up in my own place and get a chest freezer full of bones n raw meats Quote Link to post
slip lead 862
Too much Pork or Turkey seem to go straight through my lot. Quote Link to post
Silversnake 1,099
My dogs have eaten just about every pig they have ever caught, always raw. I don't buy pork for them though but their bones may be pork sometimes. I only ever give my dogs raw food and I haven't fed any of my dogs any processed food dry or other for over a year now and I don't plan to either 1 Quote Link to post

sandymere 8,263
Traditionally pork was wormy and so people thought their dogs would get very wormy, not sure if they really true but with modern farming practices they are unlikely to be wormy and as most meat is frozen these days it shouldn't be a problem. Mine sat down to a nice trotter this morning. Quote Link to post
