Guest vin
Best value for money rabbiting knife.. Bought this next seasons supplies for me and shrekky from that shop that sells things for a pound...8 knives in 1 pack for a quid..you cannot beat that really...even if they are cheap shite...its only the blade you need for gutting nice and quick. the smaller one is great for the keyring as an emergency spare. Forget all them fancy knives handmade from old hand files and crafted into spectacular pieces of art..Save them for the collection at home. Quote Link to post

Fly The Boy 339
Never ferret near bullocks.Only put ferrets in burrow that are housed together. If not housed together they often fight in the borrow or will be looking for each other instead of rabbits. 1 Quote Link to post
reddog70 236
dont feed cheap cat biscuits from supermarkets as a staple diet for your ferrets excluding anything else...seen this done over a few generations with a mates ferrets and they always seem to snap their canines to the socket early on in their working life...treat them like you do your dogs and give them the very best you can afford and plenty of variety raw etc and they will repay you tenfold.. 8 Quote Link to post

tsteve9999 456
I bought a fold up scythe off ebay last year for about 8 quid, absolutely great for cutting nettles and stuff from around holes. Quote Link to post
Malt 379
Before you leave in the morning, tie string round the bottom of your trouser legs before you put your ferrets down there to stop them escaping.. ..and try to keep noise and movement to a minimum around the buries once you get there.
