villaman 9,983
Haven't had much time lately to shoot the HW95 , so instead of going out for rabbits to night , I thought I will spend some time on the 95 in the back garden . The only thing I have altered on it ,is the mod ,I have taken the original one of and put a heavier one on and what a difference it has made , no more muzzle flip . Its a JB mod which Mike gave me , when he first sent his r10 of to JB , he made him a mod as well and very quite it is . Zeroed in at 30 yards with Falcon accuracy plus and getting some very good groups knelling down position , pushed it out 35 yards same again , so I thought I will give it a go at 40 yards , still in the knelling position ,shot 15 pellets in a good group , with one flyer , see what you think 2 Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,561
Simply put those 15 shots = 15 rabbits at 40 yds kneeling, even the flyer is "Good night Vienna". Shooting VM 1 Quote Link to post

VWman 232
Hello villaman Tell me more about the moderator, has it had a weight added or is it an off the shelf one that weighs more ? Have you stripped and polished it. Has it got all standard parts, spring etc ?. Quote Link to post

I have a HW80k coming in the next few days , so that makes it 3 PCPs and 5 spring guns Must be nice to have options, keeps it fresh kind of each time you go in the cabinet,do you have some for certain things or grab what you fancy at the time? I take it you prefer springers as well,as you have more and the most recent purchase were spring guns, just being nosy with that one as I seem to like asking which people prefer when I get talking guns...
