I get few real bizarre dreams lol, I know if you eat certain foods (cheese etc. ) they will disturb your mind . Drink don't seem to have any affect , as norm go in to a deep sleep after few pints lol. But sober bloody hell , had dream the other night, where I used to work in 70s at this place . in the dream I was working driving a F.L.T which I did that was my job back then, when my old man walked across the yard to ask me something, we were talking about god knows what lol, but both my mom+ dad have been dead quite a while now . had another with a old girlfriend we were on a bus , and were going up town for a drink. and this I did do back then in the 70s , it seemed real as if it was really happing . had another with a different girlfriend we were walking down a lane , and it got very dark and we got lost, it seemed like a maze thing lol , that was disturbing I woke up then , was sweating buckets , the wife said you ok , I said yeh .lol . I think what it might be ive taken pain killers (tramadol/paracetamol tabs for a back prob for 35 years , and ive heard of people before who had sleeping probs from taking this kind of stuff, plus feck knows what it does to your guts long term . . so I wonder if its just the tabs ,or the dreams mean anything lol . Dreams aside mate, nothing wrong with a couple of Tramadol ??, partial to a few of them occasionally but taking em for 35 years! The best & most vivid dreams I've had were on 24mg nicorette patches, fcuking great stuff! A particular one will stay with me forever...... When I was younger I would sometimes eat hash before bed, in an attempt to induce crazy dreams............it didn't really work, just used to wake up at 3 in the morning really stoned & hungry........ Dreams aside mate, nothing wrong with a couple of Tramadol , partial to a few of them occasionally but taking em for 35 years! That's bound to have an impact on the old noggin spot on mate, I think its the tabs , as ive know few people on the same tabs , have mad nightmares, and over 30 odd years prob fecked me mind and gut up I reckon . but its either take them or have bad back pain, and I lead a fairly active life doing lots of things, which suppose I wouldn't if I was in pain 24/7 , so it taking tabs, and have strange dreams lol.
