I've decided to get a bsa scorpion se and would like the thoughts of those who own one

Owned one. Superb, real nice. I had the tact one. Looked the bomb and was accurate, very in fact. Sold it for 450 on here actually to an old boy who was an absolute gem. He bought it for shooting rats at 15 yards. Overkill indeed. I do hope he still visits to be honest.

 

Recommended. The magazine and bolt elements of the BSA multi shots (if it is the multi shot model) is some what less refined than AA and HW though. I think.

 

They are regularly over shadowed by the ultra for some reason, when there is actually no difference in the set up. Perhaps the smaller unit appeals. I don't know. But there as good as.

Which cal did you have rez,how many shots per fill did you get and what did you fill to for the sweet spot

Hi Rez yes I still use it and I shoot rats @ 22 yards but it's so accurate I've shot them all but still get the odd squirrel and magpies. By the way Rez I never did get a thank you from the club I gave that stuff to, but not bothered.

HA. I honestly passed it all over. There just slack f*ckers. I dont frequent that much any more to be honest shep. Spend more time up the fields.

That's good offer Rez but I can't walk more than 50 yards now so my hide is the best place for me. The SE is still shooting good and the only rifle I shoot now and NO you can't have it back.

Sorry H B getting off the subject. I have one and Rez hasn't I use JSB Jumbos and it puts pellet on pellet and the sweet spot about 170.

2 Mags as a rule but more before you see a real drop off.

Would you see much difference if you filled to 200 bar and shot down to 120 bar

I fill to 200 but refill at 130 but that's because my bottle is handy. I don't see any difference in performance.
