Rez 4,961
I was never really 'attacking your corner'... this is a forum. But yes, it is obvious, everything's fine. No problems. We're all good Atb. I would agree with your edit. Quote Link to post

bigmac 97kt 13,792
Is he complaining over "The HW 100`s popularity" again, again, again. Why are they so popular ? Why do you own one and put up posts on how good they are regularly ? Because you resent people posting over HW 100`s does NOT mean they have to stop posting James.Although Doc` is not interested in owning a HW 100, others have tried to suggest he considers it, - "Does it matter" ? "Consider a HW 100 in any format Doc`" you will not be disappointed. They're boring But there are good. As an edit, its not annoying but when someones comes on and says they're looking at this and that [Rapid or a BSA], we all just go, MY GOD MY GOD GET A 100 MY GOD MY GOD, SLAP SLAP SLAP... They'll clearly know there good, Dr. B in this case, he's up to date with his knowledge of the product. He hasn't shortlisted one. Thats all. You can all keep your hw100,s just give me my raider single shot back (the legend ) i would match her against any 100 all day long and you would all lose :tongue2: atvbmac  I doubt it the way you have been shooting over the past few months You right, funny it all started to go down hill when i sold the raider :cray: atvbmac  Quote Link to post
ftm 3,357
ive owned my mk2 rapid for 10+yrs and decided to give a r10 a place in the cabinet -- lovely looking rifle but the magazines were crap -decent shot count but not the greatest of hunting tools sold it within 3 weeks went back to cabinet and rapid mk2 back in action I then bought a mk1 rapid and I have to say I bloody love it as a hunting tool the accuracy and shot count is as good as you would need if your into hunting 1 Quote Link to post
mark williams 7,554
My mate has shot a mk1 Rapid for years and nothing would make him part with it. 1 Quote Link to post
Dr B 186
I go away for a few days shooting with a real man's gun and all you girlies start throwing your handbags around. Rez - thanks for the input and suggestions, much appreciated. I've not decided yet - still on the fence and a curve ball idea I'm toying with might be to go FAC. I got some more perms while I was away, seems the lake district is enjoying a rabbit invasion and my old dad's freezer is full now. So back in the midlands for a couple of weeks before the next jaunt. Bigmac - nice one, keep flying the S410 flag. If I'd taken a HW100 with me I would have been rogered to death in the chocolate starfish on the Lancashire / Cumbrian border.... ....by the village people, that's apparently the initiation ceremony provided by the HW 100 owners club. Villaman - wrong again, I started nothing - just asked a question - but you never were one to stick to the facts!!! (just kidding) Mark - keep yer blouse on mate. Next thing you'll be telling me is that you shoot .177 and that's a step too far..... I might be leaning slightly more towards the Rapid as it appears as if the quality is better. You don't lean towards a HW100, you just bend over and assume the position...... Quote Link to post
Dr B 186
How many HW100 owners does it take to change a light bulb? Two. One to change the bulb and the other to suck his....... 1 Quote Link to post

Dr B 186
No Villaman, no one sees what you mean, because your comment is meaningless. You made a comment previously that I caused a slight bit of banter earlier in this thread between some members - I did no such thing and that was yet another one of your cowardly lies and misrepresentation. You ignore the fact another member actually corrected you on it - so just so you know, others here can see through your nonsense.....we're all watching...... But you're right about one thing, yes, I love it. Its almost sport for me.... But in all seriousness, I asked a legitimate question and have had some really helpful answers - the rest is just banter and there is no need to try to push your delusional opinion of others onto the forum as a whole. Nice try, but yet another failure. Edited June 25, 2015 by Dr B Quote Link to post
