Paint Job

Recommended Posts

Im thinking of doing a bit of a paint job on my 97. Its silver at the minute, or 'stainless' but Im hoping to give it a coat of paint, the right paint and process, to make it matt black, keeping the mod, or barrel weight gloss blued as is.

Whats the process and what might I need to look at or do?

I think I'd look to swap actions with some one who has blued metalwork and fancies stainless. Painted gun metalwork looks a bit poo.

Perhaps, but my action is liquidy... I important cog in the set up, and Ive spent plenty of time getting it right too. You you do have a fair point. If I do it right and plan well, it might turn out ok... he who dares rodney.

I could carbon wrap it yes...

I shall have a think.
