jackg 7
www.enserve.co.uk Phone call in March, can I do a two rodent visits for a commercial premises 10 miles away, email to confirm the price and contract. A week later, can I repeat the job as there is still a smell of rodents. Submitted invoices on completion and gave detailed advice by email, including pictures of the condition of the ceiling between the suspended one and the actual. I have been paid for second but not the first. I have phoned the finance manager once a week for the past three weeks and he promises to pay me that week, yet no credit on my account. Any one know anything about the company or any advice. Thinking about a letter and if no change then small claims. Edited June 16, 2015 by jackg Quote Link to post
shropshire mole 190
Have had a similar experience about non payers. What worked for me was turning up at the property and being polite but firm and if needed refuse to leave without payment. Emails post do not cut it, face to face contact does Good Luck Quote Link to post
jackg 7
Thanks for your advice. Bristol to Leeds is a bit of a wander. Quote Link to post
shropshire mole 190
Are you a member of NPTA/BPCA or have liability insurance? They may be able to help. Spend the fuel money on a solicitor letter, since they have already paid part of the bill, would guess they have admitted they owe you? Quote Link to post
mole trapper 1,693
Or, never ever sub for these or any of the other twats who ring on a weekly basis offering work! Honestly unless your on your arse and are so desperate for work you'll take anything, tell em to jog on. Quote Link to post
