Hw 100 Question ?

Topped my HW 100 to just under 200 bar pressure and went shooting.

I was presented with one shot only and got one rabbit.

My question is - does it harm the rifle if i store it fully charged for a while ?

Not if you use it weekly, but I've left mine fully charged for a month with no ill effects

No but already answered.

 

My 7 doesn't like it mind. Not being reg'd that first shot is a bit weary if it's been left for a while, after that it's back to a 5FPS spread.

Keeping it topped up helps keeping the the O rings in good order , i all ways fire 3 shots before , just to get the reg working

My HW100s has been stored with air in the bottle for weeks at a time between outings for the past year and a half with no problems to date,

After been out with the 100 , it's cleaned topped back up to 200 bar , and put away

I've never had a problem with it mate !

Aah thanks Dave/ lads,

I was stuck on that thought as i have never ever kept her fully charged for any length of time.

I have kept her half charged and a little less for two years without problem but never fully charged.

So tonight i put two mags through her charge and put her at a tad above half charge which she is more than used to.
