You could be doing your pups alot more harm than good. Six weeks is too young, they have their mothers antibodies and they will be trying to fight the vaccination. It is completely pointless to jab so

That colour has been around for a long time and it hasn't ruined the type yet. If you mean it will be ruined by the money men ? They've also been around for a long time and they haven't ruined the t

Why would they be 'big names'? I thought they were just men with terriers who were more popular than some others for 1 reason or another ?

vets differ on the jab a vet told our huntsman too jab them for parvo at six weeks and then fourteen days later same again the tge 7/1 at 12 weeks my own vet says any jab before twelve weeks is wasted as they have the mothers anti bodies till then

id say the first one is right Kevin,,it takes the antibodies from the injection a few weeks to kick in ,,so theres a window between where the maternal antibodies wear off and before the injection starts working where they could get infected

Ffs lads use your tiny bit of grey matter .Who the feck allows a pup in contact with anything that might give it some fatal disease before its 12 weeks old and had second jab.Any dogs you have about the place should be jabbed and healthy anyway before introducing a pup .8 weeks and 10 weeks is the recognised time scale for jabs ,anything before is wasted as said .Cant believe theres lads out there not up to speed with this .Any vet advocating otherwise should be struck off as a quack or a phoney .

Got a liver patt pup, 10 months now. Keen as mustard and boundless energy, great girl. Bought her as I'd seen the mother work, the father was apparently of good lines and the breeder quoted all the right names, but I never saw the dog so I wouldn't guarantee it. I'd post a pic, but I don't have a clue how!
