Our big night had arrived all the students are finished till October and we had the 500 acre campus to ourselves before the first conference starts so we checked the air arm zero and she was spot on . Got over there logged in got a job number and right away had the first rabbit in the bag ,then the rain started just constant drizzle the rabbits still were coming out but you couldn't make them out in the scope beyond 25 yards so we ended a four hour session with twelve rabbits and it was a struggle to get the last one , I fancy a rematch next Saturday night see if I can get on terms with them but that's depending on the bloody weather

Must of been a bit annoying waiting and preparing then it chucks it down! Still a dozen in four hours of difficult conditions is good,if you get out next sat with good weather could be big numbers??

I keep hoping last year we hit seventy,s this year I'm hoping for the ton I need it to feed the ferrets during the summer and getting the rabbits from there doesn't,t affect the sport from the farms later in the year
