Blackbriar 8,569
Is it just me, or do any of these modern "buzz-phrases" really get up your nose ? Are you fed up of hearing about "iconic" buildings ? Had enough of talent show contestants going on "an amazing journey" ? Have you got mates who insist on telling you all about their latest "epic" achievements ? Anyone else uttery sick and tired of these meaningless, overused phrases ? Or maybe it's me being "a bit random"....... maybe I've got "issues" ? Innit....

Slippery_Weasel 460
To add... Constant use of the word 'journey' on TV winds me up. And everyone in the reality shows using 'I love you' in every other sentence..

Blackbriar 8,569
The one that really, really gets to me (and its the only way i can think of to describe it) is the rise in voice pitch at the end of a sentence, so that every statement sounds like a question.....that annoys the living 5hit out of me ! I'm getting angry just thinking about it !!

bobcullen79 1,495
I say "D`you know what I mean?" far too much. It annoys the f**k out of me. I battle it daily. Ive now just bumped into a mate who now says it constantly. It annoyed the f**k out of me even more. I pulled us straight away on it though. Gonna have a word with myself later. Better than "innit" though I spose...
