Coypu Hunter 486
Shame I'm so far away. I've got a folding bike in the barn, never use it, and would happily donate it. If he gets a folding bike, he could take it on the train with him and use it for the walk to work at the other end as well. Quote Link to post
abarrett 462
You should not have to sell a rifle because some fuc*ing scum has nicked the lads bike mate, we could at least fund a courier to get Timmytree's offer of a bike to you, let us know, if we can help bud.Surely we could work something between us? I could stick the bike in the car and get it to Gordano services on the M5 in just over an hour. All I need is someone to get it from there a bit closer to Tron, Anyone close to the M5 in Bristol or travelling that way with work? If we can sort it for the weekend the lad will have a bike to use and Tron won't need to sell his rifle. If the bike can get near to me I'm off junction 12 m6 ( nearest )I will take it the rest of the way OR If every one chucks a quid in some how You can pick a bike up from any charity shop for £30 every one wins Quote Link to post

Tron 173
Gentlemen, I have just returned from collecting and taking Sam to the train station, to my horror I was informed two days ago that he catches the 7AM! train to B,ham and while I dont mind leaving my house and doing so to help him I realise I will do the obvious thing and get him a bike today I have been informed the local Asda are selling them at a price I can afford and hopefully his other grandparents will buy him a D? lock which I have been told is almost impossible for the casual thief to remove. So my friends can I give you all, our most sincere thanks for your kind comments and offers of help. Its great to Know that there is still so many good hearted people that were willing, and wanted, to help Sam.So, once more a big thank you to you all. Tron. 5 Quote Link to post
