bell 3,591
I had a boat load of it growing when I bought my place a couple of years ago. Hit it with glysophate and grazon 90 and this year only had two small patches appear. Just got to keep hammering it and eventually it will go.
Waz 4,252
Bought a place a couple of years ago that had a small amount of it, sprayed it off at the end of summer with roundup. Burnt what died and pored neat roundup in the hollow stumps, next year repeated and nothing since (1 year).
walshie 2,804
We got rid of ours in a couple of months. We sprayed it with glypho and poured it neat down the thicker stems. Once it had died off, we dug it up, including a lot of earth round it to stop the rhyzomes spreading and burnt the weed and earth. Nothing ever came back.
David Aiken 253
Had to deal with it many times. Best way is keep cutting it with mower it goes But other way is heating oil down the stem It will go if you keep on it Any "heating oil" which contaminates the area is a no no
