Liamc 34 Posted June 2, 2015 Report Share Posted June 2, 2015 I've never worked on a gun before so completely new to it but got an old hw35 for pennies the other day that needs a good bit of tlc, I've decided to send the barrel away to be reblued properly as I couldn't do it to anywhere near the standard I want it the main bit i need help with is the stock. I've been told to use nitromors on it then to scrape off and sand down before putting boiled linseed oil on? can someone tell me if this is right if not could you give me a step by step on how to and what equipment i'll need.
