Unidentified. Human perception is open to error so am I actually seeing what I think I'm seeing? We're hardwired to find the most ludicrous explanation for what could be the most simple cause. (Bullshitting phenomenon) If I've seen crazy lights in the sky I don't automatically jump to the conclusion that it's interstellar spiritual entities from another dimension when it could be something completely mundane like a satellite, or solar energy reacting with our atmosphere. Until we have something concrete I'm going to sit on a very wide reinforced fence. Francie, fraz, bullx what ever you are calling yourself these days. Is it not true that the last two links you put up would support your belief in heaven and hell as dimensions of this world? Now proof to me would be the ability to travel to and from one of these dimensions. But we all know that is not going to happen any time soon. So Chris what your saying is there's no supernatural, or that your open to it with evidence, what's evidence for you mate. I didn't and haven't said, ever, that there is no supernatural. I've repeated continually that I want hard evidence. Tangible facts that can stand up to scrutiny. Things that can be tested and repeated. So that's evolution out the window then, Sorry couldn't resist, but il leave the sacred cow, I mean evo alone tonight I don't have any evidence for it, or against it, like I've been saying, over and over again. But that's the point. It's an as of yet unexplained phenomenon and I'm not going to jump to any conclusion as to what it may, or may not be, without a f**k ton of real, tangible, measurable, repeatable, occurrences that can't steer me towards an alternate hypothesis! I might be going out on a limb here but I'm assuming you've already formed your view, or at least have enough information at your disposal to lean you towards a particular angle. I, however, do not. Until that point is reached I remain, as I've clearly stated, completely neutral to this phenomenon. Unidentified, by it's very definition, hasn't been identifed...... YET! THE GENERAL 1,982 Posted June 20, 2015 Report Share Posted June 20, 2015 (edited) Me and a few mates were out lamping years ago when we were only 17/18 I remember well because my mate had just got his license and we thought we were great having wheels rather than having to walk for miles to the good spots. Anyway, lamped a ferral cat that ran down an old lane the dogs missed it because it got threw the bars in the old gates that were locked together. We climb over the gates into an old farmyard with a house that all the windows and doors had been built up with breeze blocks. In the corner of the building part of the building had gave way and there sat the cat. We let the dogs go and the cat went in threw the hole into the house. We pulled the bricks out and made the hole bigger to get in ourselves. Got in and were amazed that the entire house was intact as if someone still lived there. TV cooker beds the lot. Even an old Zimmer frame with the guys name on it. Old medals and an orange sash of all things too. Never found the cat but the house was weird and didn't feel right. Why would someone leave all this behind ? We thought something bad had happened and decided to leave and not take anything with us. Drove back into town and just in front of us a taxi knocked a man and woman down ( she was in a wheelchair ) he was pushing her along on the roadside. She died on the scene and he died later. Turned out it was another friends grandparents. That was the start of the bad luck. My mate pulled out the sash from under his jumper and said lads this has brought us bad luck. We didn't even know he's taken it. Few nights later out lamping dogs chased a fox across a road and two joyriders were heard coming at speed and one of the dogs was knocked down dead while the other for some reason ran after the two cars and didn't stop chasing them. We never seen that dog again. Both dogs we had paid £50 each for. This is were it gets weird. The next night out lamping my mate who had just passed his test tried to turn his ford escort in a tight spot on a lane. The exhaust hit the bank and broke on the car. Went the next day to get it fixed cost him £50. At this stage I was the only one out of the four of us that hadn't been cursed with losing £50 from the old house sash incident a few days before. Went into work the next day and my colleague asked me when I was doing my jury service i had been summoned for. I told him it wasn't until the following week. He was up also. Next day he was off as he had service, the day after he was in and asked me why I hadn't turned up for mine? I told him I wasn't up yet. Turned out I was came home to find a nice letter threw the post with a court fine of £50 for not attending jury service. All happened within a week of going into that house! I did go back to the place one other time with a few lads that wanted to visit it and it was just as scary the second time around though it was agreed nothing to be taken or touched.
