Airborne3 13 Posted May 26, 2015 Report Share Posted May 26, 2015 Hi All I thought I'd drop a few lines introducing myself. I'm new to the world of Air Rifles, although not rifles in general. I'm a serving member of The Parachute Regiment, currently posted to the Salisbury area. I've been in the Paras since 1998 and although I've used a multitude of different weapon systems, this is my first time buying an Air Rifle since I was a child. I've just placed an order for an Airarms S410 superlite .177, with a Hawke Eclipse 4-16x50 Scope. Living in the sticks, near a large river, we get quite a lot of Rats in and around our garden. The rifle will be mostly for the rats and I also have permission from a couple of farmers to use their land for shooting vermin.
