Proven coursing full hound bitch, won on the track and qualified for open coursing finals in clonmel but got injured. Won alot of money, has been tried and tested in the field since injury. Already produced very decent lurchers. Sire is a well built german dog that is shot over alot and brought out when shooting deer. Very driven and strong dog. Litter was bred as a trial to keep a couple of pups back to see how this cross perform. Few pups left cheap if anyone fancys somthing different. Should make very decent fox dogs.

A friend of mine bred them and asked me to stick them up here for him. They are on donedeal and his number is on the add if anyone wants to know anymore about them.

not interested myself but i bet they have some drive in them ! i have a gwp and a lab x gwp that i use for stalking and for foxing and they both do very well ,the drive they have is unreal ,the lab x was way easier then the pure bred to train but when the chips are down theres nothing to touch the wirehair , good look with homing them they will make good dogs by the sounds of it ,from what ive seen in the field the german dogs are much harder than the scandinavian lines and much stronger boned !

The chap that owns the german dog uses him for what they were intended to be used for, big strong determined feckers that will track and dispatch with ease. The bitch is 27tts roughly and not positive about the dog but in around 23tts

Its an interesting cross, wont be speed demons id imagine but should be very keen to hunt and have plenty of bottle and toughness. Ideally suited to hunt up and run down kinda job.

Exactly the job I would want them for bud !! Might be hassle and if I remember il be picking you brain in a few years !! And might take a trip across the pond in years to come for one on their pups !

mebee not speed demons by a track dogs standard but that wirehair of mine is german lines mostly and he has no trouble catching up with most things hes on ,ok not too quick in the turns compared to a lurcher but certainly no slouch and as for stamina goes all day ! i dont think a lack of bottle and toughness will be an issue lol
