Professor Google says an eggcupful is 40ml, and that seems about right to me.   Unlabelled agricultural chemicals, no instructions, limited knowledge. What could possibly go wrong ?

If a egg cup does 15 litres and walshies got a load of it wales is a ticking time bomb the next hiroshema , Hope hes no near any water courseways
